Terms of Hire
Read the terms carefully before hiring our web design and development services.

Purpose and scope of the service
PC Noobies, operated by Carlos as a freelance professional, offers custom web design and development, bespoke CRM creation, hosting and domain management, SEO consultancy and monthly maintenance for freelancers, businesses and companies.
Each project is defined individually through a prior personalised quote, detailing the scope, features, delivery deadlines and specific financial terms of the work hired.
Quotes and prices
Initial project cost
Development and design prices are fully customised and depend on the scope, complexity and features required. There are no fixed rates: every quote is tailor-made.
Monthly maintenance
Includes hosting, domain, SSL certificate, backups and basic technical support.
The tariff depends on project size, estimated traffic and resources needed.
Payment method
Payment method accepted
Payments are made exclusively through Revolut (SEPA transfer or payment link).
An invoice will be issued after each payment.
New projects: 50% deposit to start + 50% on delivery and acceptance.
Monthly maintenance: billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Non-payment may lead to hosting suspension.
Delivery deadlines
The usual deadline for a standard web project is 14 calendar days from quote confirmation, content receipt and deposit payment. Larger projects will have specific deadlines in the quote.
Delays caused by failure to deliver content or approvals by the client will not be attributable to PC Noobies.
Revisions and acceptance
Once development is finished, a preview version will be presented. Up to 3 rounds of minor revisions are included at no extra cost.
El cliente dispone de 7 días naturales para revisar o aprobar. Transcurrido el plazo sin respuesta, el proyecto se considera aceptado tácitamente.
Liability after delivery
Important liability limitation clause
Once the work is finished, delivered and accepted by the client, PC Noobies is not responsible for the client's use of the website, nor for its maintenance, updates, security or continued operation, unless monthly maintenance is contracted with us.
This means that:
- If you hire monthly maintenance, we assume responsibility for keeping the website online, updated and secure.
- If the website is migrated to another hosting, PC Noobies is fully released from liability for operation, security or data loss.
- Responsibility for external hosting lies solely with the client or their provider.
Intellectual property
Once the full amount is paid, the client acquires the rights of use and exploitation of the web design. PC Noobies reserves the rights to reusable base code and its own libraries.
Content provided by the client is their sole responsibility.
Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged during the business relationship, including access data, business strategies, customer databases and any sensitive information.
Cancellation and refunds
Before starting: the deposit is refunded minus a 10% administration fee.
During development: the deposit is not refundable, as it corresponds to work already carried out.
After delivery: no refunds are accepted once the project has been delivered and accepted.
Conflict resolution
In case of dispute, both parties undertake to try to resolve the conflict amicably. If this is not possible, they will submit to the Courts of the service provider's city of residence, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
Modifications
PC Noobies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Modifications will not affect projects already hired with an accepted quote.
